This stainless steel 24 mesh replacement element is manufactured by KleenWater and is compatible with KWSStop2, Rusco model FS2, Campbell FT8-24 and others. The stainless steel membrane is 24 mesh which is equivalent to 711 microns. The membrane can be periodically cleaned through the flush valve. Over time the membrane may gradually become loaded or damaged which will require replacement. Also included is a replacement o-ring that creates the seal between the transparent sump and the white PVC head. It is recommended to replace the o-ring when the filter screen is replaced to avoid the risk of a water leak.
